About Me

Hi, I'm Cindy. I'm glad you're here.

Finding the right therapist is an important and personal decision. You want someone you can trust-someone who understands, but who will also help you move forward in a meaningful way.
I aim to offer both.

Why I Do This Work

My path into counseling developed over time through both my professional training and earlier personal experiences. After my own experience in therapy, this work became a calling for me. That perspective continues to shape how I show up with the people I work with today. I understand the courage it takes to open up, to look inward, and to begin making meaningful changes. Because of that, I approach this work with intention and respect, creating a space where you can feel supported, understood, and able to move forward in a way that feels authentic to you.

How I Work

My style is warm, compassionate, and direct. I believe in being honest and clear in how I engage with you, while remaining collaborative and focused on helping you move forward.
I listen closely and lead with empathy, but I am not a passive therapist. I will engage with you, offer thoughtful observations, and gently challenge you when it helps you gain insight and create meaningful change. Therapy with me is active and collaborative-we are not just talking about your life, we are working toward something different.
I also believe therapy does not have to feel heavy all the time. When appropriate, I bring a natural sense of humor into the work, helping create a space that feels grounded and real.
Every person is different. I tailor my approach to you-your needs, your goals, and where you are right now.

Who I Work With

I work with adults, couples, and adult family relationships navigating challenges such as anxiety, life transitions, relationship concerns, and feeling stuck or disconnected.
My approach tends to be a good fit for people who are ready to look inward, be honest with themselves, and actively engage in the process of change.
